I'm a PhD researcher in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Hertfordshire, working on learning-based control, safety-aware autonomy, and adaptive decision-making for dynamical systems.
My research connects machine learning, control theory, and robotics, with interests in stability, Neural Lyapunov-based methods, deep reinforcement learning, generalist controllers, world models, foundation models, and reliable control for autonomous systems.
The paper "Soft Supervisory Control of Heterogeneous Dynamical Systems Using Attention Mechanisms" was published by IEEE for the International Conference on Advanced Mechatronics Systems, held in August 2026 in Osaka, Japan, and received the Best Student Paper Award.
Our paper "Large Language Model-based Decision-making for COLREGs and the Control of Autonomous Surface Vehicles" was featured on the State of the Art AI page on X as one of the spotlight papers - recognized among the most groundbreaking papers shaping the future of intelligent machines and autonomous systems.
Advancing adaptive control systems through the integration of machine learning techniques
Contributed to building an Operating system for autonomous transportation of robot using ROS2, Arduino and a GPS based navigation system.
Enhanced the Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) GPS library by transitioning from version 2 to version 3, while also revising and adapting existing code syntaxes.
Utilized GitHub Actions to orchestrate the building of ROS2 within Ubuntu 22.04 Docker image.
Reformatted old Python Machine Learning functions to comply with the Python array API standards on the deep ivy framework.
Created issues and sent pull requests after finding and fixing issues on the open-source ivy machine learning framework.
Developed an LSTM and CNN combination model with OpenCV for video analysis of rider behavior and road conditions.
Developed object detection model with Yolov5 and PyTorch for identifying various objects on the driveway.
Implemented sentiment analysis on app reviews using hugging face transformer library and automated data collection using Google Play scraper.
